These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of UGCWiz (the “Service”), operated by Exendor Oy (“Exendor Oy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), Finnish business ID 3607156-4.

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. The Service is available globally, and these Terms apply to all users wherever they are located.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

UGCWiz is a prompt analysis and refinement tool for AI user-generated content (UGC) videos. It reviews the prompts you submit, provides a readiness score and failure-risk warnings, and (on paid tiers) returns a refined, generation-ready prompt.

UGCWiz does not generate videos. It is designed to be used before you render videos with external AI video tools (such as Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Sora, or similar). We are not affiliated with, and not responsible for, those third-party tools, their outputs, or their costs.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may not share your account, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, or transfer your account to another person.

The Service offers a free tier and paid credit packs:

• Free tier — each eligible account may run one free preflight, which provides a score and failure warnings but does not include a refined prompt. Free usage is subject to availability and rate limits.
• Credit packs — paid credits unlock full preflights with refined prompts. Each full preflight consumes one credit. Credit packs are made available in different sizes as shown on our pricing page.
• Credits do not expire and are tied to your account. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money except where required by law.

We may change the features, credit amounts, and limits of any tier. We will not reduce credits you have already purchased and not yet used.

Payments for credit packs are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the charge for the selected credit pack. Prices are shown before purchase and may be displayed in different currencies depending on your region.

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchase unless we are required to collect them. We do not store your full payment card details; these are handled directly by Stripe under its own terms.

Credits provide access to digital content that is made available to you immediately. Where you are an EU/EEA consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By purchasing credits and starting to use them, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once a purchased credit has been used.

Unused credits may be eligible for a refund at our discretion if requested within a reasonable period after purchase. Refund requests, billing questions, and reports of accidental or duplicate charges should be sent to contact@exendor.com. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

The Service uses a third-party AI provider to analyze and refine the prompts you submit. AI-generated scores, warnings, and refined prompts are provided for guidance only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use.

We do not guarantee any particular result. Using UGCWiz does not guarantee that a video generated with an external tool will succeed, look realistic, or save credits on that tool. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how to use them.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful;
• submit content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or abuse-prevention measures, or create multiple accounts to do so;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• use the Service to build or train a competing product, or resell the Service without our permission.

You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit it.

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Exendor Oy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to send it to our AI provider and return results). Subject to the rights of any third-party tools and applicable law, you may use the refined prompts you receive for your own purposes.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where necessary to protect the Service, other users, or comply with the law.

If we terminate your account without cause, we will, where reasonable, allow you to use or recover any unused credits. If we terminate your account because of a breach of these Terms, unused credits may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Exendor Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or wasted spend on third-party AI video tools, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the extent we are found liable, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for credits in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence where applicable. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Finland, unless mandatory law in your country grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes out of court.
